1. What went well. Just before you go to sleep, make a mental review of the day, but focus only on positive things – try to list 10 good things that happened on that day, no matter how small or insignificant they might seem
  2. An apple a day. Throw away all sweets that you have accumulated at home. Next time you feel like a snack in the evening, get an apple, orange juice or some nuts instead of unhealthy things you used to eat
  3. Birthday cake replacement. Next time you celebrate your birthday, bring a bag of fruit to your colleagues at work, instead of the usual bag of sweets
